Abuse of Debit Orders

My accounts with Cell C have been up to date from the 8th of October yet Debit orders that went off was Not Allocated to my accounts

November Debit orders also not allocated to my accounts

Went i to bank to get statements

Gave it in at a branch of Cell C. Phone cut off untill they have reviewed it at Cell C wich will only be Thursday next week

Was on the phone to Cell C for 50 minutes today. On hold,cut off 6 times. Got through eventually was told that NO PAYMENTS was received on my accounts since July this year!

So Fed up!
