I made payment arrangements in 9 December 2014 that in January 2015 I would be unemployed. They confirmed I can make payments of R356 monthly on 6/01/2015. yet on 29/01/2015 these ***** went and debited the full amount owed and now feed back was given to what they going to do about it, cause I can't pay my rent now.
