Absurd service

I'm really fed up with *********** consultants. I spoke to two of them today and none of the could assist. And now the last consultant decided to hang up the phone after he said he would transfer me. His name is Legutsho Tshabala and apparently the team leaders name is Katlego. Can some just reverse the debit order that wasn't supposed to go out from my account! I'm really fed up of *********** consultants!
