Absolutely worse service, really pathetic.

Today dates exactly four months since goung back and fourth with Cell C. I'm frustrated that no one can assist and resolve my problem. I've left a review on Hellopeter on the 20th of June, a representative from Cell C assisted me and asked for relevant documents. I sended the documents as requested from them, yet nothing happened. Cell C has impacted my ITC report nagatively and I'm struggling to clear my name. How long can it take to allocate a payment which was made on the 1st of April 2022. I've been receiving messages that action steps will be taken against me, collections have been calling to inform me that my account is behind and that action steps will also be taken against me. It's becoming really frustrating to explain my situation over and over and over again. This has been the worse service I've ever experience from any service provider.
