Absolutely useless service provider

<p>Cell C is useless it does not connect to the modem it shows connected and secured but no internet, I have requested a technician to come out but nothing to date. I have no internet and I work from home. I have to purchase bundles to use my tablet. I am spending so much money and still no connection. Heard CellC inthe process of going under. I am now frustrated as I have had this contract for years never defaulted with oayment. How canyou send messages to the modem if it is not working This works a maximum of an hour during day.</p>
