Still not resolved. I CAN NOT WORK BECAUSE OF YOU..... I need to receive international SMS's to validate myself on the work applications.

I am currently on a call with the call centre, over an hour absolutely ridiculous. Phone Customer care sorry cant help you, phone technical ( on the 3rd they logged a ticket) now it is not with them I need to phone fiber, phone fibre customer care, YOU guessed it, no it is not with them it has to go to Fibre technical. Phone fiber technical only to be told sorry no, it has to go to phone customer care

Asking for a manager yea right, you will have better luck finding hens teeth

Can a manager call me back? I am done with the useless F$ck you attitude of your call centre staff
