Absolutely useless!!

You guys are *******. I will write a review here every week! When I used your services I caught you throttling my internet even though you weren't supposed to. I cancelled my contract with you two months ago over the phone and last month you took money off again. Then you told me you did that because I did not cancel via written communication (even though the agent over the phone confirmed my cancellation). After giving up on that fight I ensured that I gave written cancellation and you still take money off this month. Every time after a hello peter complaint I get a call from some useless service consultant who says they will follow up and get back to me. Nothing!! Now I give plea that I will post on hellopeter everyday until my problem is sorted out.
