ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been billed FOUR times for cell phone insurance - YES FOUR TIMES! Have u ever tried calling C Surance??? The line doesn't work!!! I have been billed for the incorrect package. I have NOT received my FREE 10gb once off. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 WEEKS but I have been shoved from pillar to post. Team leaders refusing to talk to me- telling me to call another number. The frustration is beyond and I am honestly DISGUSTED at the zero level of customer service!!!!!!
