Absolutely terrible service from cell C

I have been in contact with Cell C call center with regards to my cell phone. For the past two weeks I been calling them to sort out my phone and still not done. The phone is just a month old and giving problems. Cannot understand why they are so imcompitent. U go from one department to another before reaching the correct one and they to botch it up. Then after the call they ask u to rate the service. U give the a good one for that caller but after that it's bad. I will in future not rate them before the service is complete. Not sure how many other clients they do this to.
