Absolutely terrible service

After I made a payment to Cell C for my contract, I was double debited. Payment was made on Friday 22 Jan 2021, Double Debit occurred on Monday, 25 Jan 2021. Debit Order date is end of month.

Called to query double debit order even though I made the payment and the D/O went off before due date. Got a ref no.

A week later, received SMS to say case is closed with no communication from anyone. Called back, was told that I was unreachable. Consultant logged another call. A week later, no response. Called back to query, was put on hold for 10 minutes, call dropped then I received a 3rd ref no.
