Absolutely terrible service!

I have had a problem with my devise since we got the phone. Please get this issue resolved. No one is responding and I do not know what else to do here so once again I am posting this on Hello Peter. Cell C just does not seem to care at all and I either need a new device or a resolution. I have all my emails in place as proof that I am trying everything since I am paying for a device which is just lying in my drawer and it is brand new. I had 2 replies over a period of 7 days from MPHO NDLOVU - SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT CONSULTANT. I have no reference number only emails since i am being refused a reference number. What type of service is this!
