absolutely poor service

<p>i lost my phone on monday 09-05-2016 then i reporeted it on the same day,I was told to wait for 48 hrs for my ITC number, meaning they can only blacklist my phone after 48 hrs,well yesterday i called again and their response was that the case was still running and i will get response again after 32 hrs,i called them again today and they telling me the same thing, my case is still pending and they waiting for response from their back office..i have never came accross such a wrack service,im am irritated and frustrated because i cant open a case and can claim with the insurance...can anyone advice what i can do goin forward</p> <p> </p>
