Absolutely pathetic service from Cell C pavilion - Job No. - PRE752041

<p>As per my previous review ,I had no feedback from the store regarding my replacement handset,I called the store yesterday and spoke to the manager he said my phone arrived at the store and he tried to contact me but had the incorrect details, which was a lie !! ,because my receipt shows the correct details with both my cell phone numbers.Ok so I didn’t want to argue about that ,I just wanted to fetch my phone. So I drove to the store in the afternoon and I waited about an hour,then was told by the store manager he cannot hand me my phone ,because it’s not credited on the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>He could have looked at the system and gotten all the documents ready when I called him yesterday morning, This is really frustrating !! I am still without a mobile device, It’s over a month now!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my phone today !!!!</p>
