Absolutely pathetic customer service
I have been having issues with my network on my phone. I have reported it twice and Cell C hasnt even bothered to get back to me on my issue. This is absolutely pethetic. A company that apparently cares so much about there clienst.. seems like they only care about moving units and not customer service.. so disappointed
