Absolutely NO Service

<p>I have posted twice here on the 4 and 16 April, being promised help from Cell C, but receiving nothing.</p> <p>I cancelled my 24 month contract on the 12 march when it was due to expire. However Cell C billed me for the full month of March. The credit owing is R102.50. Nelly rep**** that she would contact the Accounts department and sort out the refund. We are now at the 18 May, and still no refund.</p> <p>This is a ****. I did not sign a 25 month contract. Please refund me me immediately</p>
