Absolutely no response to complaint

I was told in May 2023 that to cancel my contract, I had to pay a certain amount, which I did. After 3 months I received a statement which showed a balance , which I also paid. Since then I have received continuous phone calls threatening legal action. I contacted Vanessa Applegreen of CSS & also sent her proof of payment but so far no response from Cell C But still daily phone calls
