Absolutely no feedback!!

I took out a wi-fi modem contract from cell c with 2gig cap....somehow i went over my cap and got charger ridicules amounts per meg.<br> my account was set to only stop once it reaches R2000....no one EVER informed me of this no msg was ever sent stating i am about to be charged out of bundle rates for my data,but when a contract was to be taken out i recieved sms's stating my contract request was succesful...<br> <br> I have made numerous calls to the call centre in trying to get this resolved but empty promises is all you get from this companny<br> <br> my last 2 calls i insisted on getting employee numbers<br> 1st.Khanyasile - KZN 3888,manager was out i she would of had someone contact me,NEVER HAPPENED<br> 2nd.Nandi-KZN 3811,Manager was out on lunch and would of phoned me back,NEVER HAPPENED<br> <br> Utterly disappointing in this lack of service received.<br> Will most certainly consider other service providers before using the service of Cell c again
