Absolutely NO communication from Cell C

<p>Cell C , your customer service is appaling and you dont give a damn about client care. </p> <p>An email was 03/09/2016 about your staff calling me on my landline on a saturday and YOUR incorrect statement records. I provided proof yet you are still correct the statements and reply to my complaints. I have received confirm that my email was received. Also i received a request for feedback on my interaction with you which NEVER happened. Honestly Cell C is for Cell C and Cell C only. I have nothing good to say about your company. Go look at the history of Cell C errors and recorded errors from Cell C and it franchises yet as a client I am being penalised and forced to deal with incompetant Cell C staff. I expect my account to be fixed and a new statement sent to me immediately. You can contact me on my email address you have on my account as I refuse to deal with you telephonically as you have also refused to give me copies of these recorded calls. Cell C - WAKE UP!!!!</p>
