absolutely fustrating..seems they know niks
cancelled 1 contract took another and now been charged for 3 contracts. when you call they transfer you from person to person with no joy in the end. going on for months now

09 Oct 2019, 12:40after explaining the matter, cell c yesterday seemed to understand and fine the error of charging us for a contract that has been cancelled, but today matter still not resolved...instalment is still the same...have been deducted again for cancelled contracts and bill protections. contracts were cancelled months ago but cell c is still deducting to date for 3 months now....how much longer must we explain and go through this nightmare?????????
