Absolutely FED-UP with Cell C😡

I have had a horrible experience with Cell C data month-to-month contract! Initially I was paying R148,99 per month than suddenly it went up to R320 to my surprise without my knowledge! I than requested for it to be canceled. In 2022 January Cell C told me to pay all outstanding amounts before cancelation of which I did & sent proof of payment to ***. The data contract was then switched to prepaid. To my absolute shock on 15 April 2023 I was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Attorneys (SSDA) without my knowledge then later handed over to Nubert Attorneys. I have since been blacklisted!

I have spoken to numerous Cell C consultants who have had dismally FAILED to assist me in resolving this issue. I have spoken to:

Even today I called Cell C on *** and I was told the are unable to assist me. I then called customer services and the lady cut off the line whilst I was still explaining this issue to them! The number in question is ***.

Cell C please respond urgently! This has been going on for over 2yrs now. I have been keeping a record of all communication since!
