Absolutely Fed Up!!!!

I cannot actually believe I'm writing another complaint!! After a problem that has been on going for over a month now, and a series of around 18 phone calls, including head office and every other wrong department I have been subjected to, I know not only have an unresolved issue, but a rude *********** call center operator telling me \How is this our fault\"! I beg every possible person to not subject themselves to the most unreliable service provider in the country, let downs are a daily happening and, and get this, there is no complaints department!!"
