Absolutely disgusting service received!

Absolutely disgusting service received! In January I called in for a payment arrangement and the lady advised that she will get the collections team to call me, I got a call and the lady advised that the outstanding balance was around R1700 and my first payment would be R1000 and the 2nd payment would be R600. I was debited the R1000 and in Feb I was debited the R600 and there was an additional debit of R1000 + which I did not understand. I phoned in a I spoke to Katlego(Not sure if she gave her real name) she was absolutely rude and not helpful, she said that I owed more than that and I asked why was this not explained to me prior but yet she had no answers. We are now in March and I am being debited over R4000. I have reversed the payments as you have not contacted by to have this rectified. Also I will not pay for the months I have not used this contract! so investigate this and get back to me urgently or I will be going to ICASA and logging a complaint! Number in question - ***.
