Absolutely disgusting service

I am at my wits end trying to get C Surance. I recently upgraded my phone and wanted to transfer my insurance. I have been emailing, calling and getting absolutely no joy. I even did an online application and yet my application gets declined. I call in, they say someone will call me back but i never get a call back. Then you still get the rude consultants who just drops the calls because they dont know how to handle an irate caller. So I am sitting without insurance due to the incompetence and nonchalant attitude of your employees.
