Absolutely disgusting lack of service !! AGAIN!!!

This is a continuation of my last report. The gentleman named above called me & advised he would sort out the problem. This he duly did & Cell C found that they had indeed placed an open line on our contracts without advising us. He came back to me & advised that as this was the case Cell C was not going to pursue the excessive bills. I asked him to please confirm in writing that a. this was indeed the case & b. that the limit had been removed from my wife's account. He advised he would do so both by phone & in writing within a day or so with this & with the final amounts owing on each contract. This was October 2nd, approximately six emails later to his direct email address & i am being completely ignored AGAIN.!!! Last week Cell C suspended both my lines so another month goes by where i am without my contracts due to Cell C incompetence Today upon application for a loan for education purposes i find that my wife has been listed on itc as a bad payer of \"wait for it"\"" the entire excessively high bills they promised they would crush.
