ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM CELL C, *****ING PEOPLES MONEY AND AFFECTING THEIR ITC RECORDS!!!!

To date i still no one has been in contact with me. This is now my second review due to no response on my previous one!!!

Cell C has been *****ing money from me by overcharging me and their consultants confirmed that the fault lies on their side and also affected my ITC score!!!!

I fail to understand how that is possible when I query about the same issue almost every single day with yourselves and receive same response "that I will be contacted", but to no avail.

It puts me in a position whereas I feel that i have no other option, but to turn to an Ombudsman to lay a complaint against Cell C.

I requested for a manager to be in contact with me as none of the consultants even makes an effort to contact me. But not even the managers are bothered, not that I am even surprised.

I am frustrated with having to complain constantly due to the lack of good service and not receiving any proper feedback.

Your turn around times is 24 hours and my query has been pending for months.

I have proof of all my correspondence and lack of service that I have been receiving to provide to ICASA.

Seems like Cell C prefers paying fines instead of looking after their clients.

Cell C is the first and only network provider that i have EVER had such an awful experience with and would not recommend for anyone to even consider doing any type of business with them.

I am certain that if i get a response it will be the same one I have been getting for the past few months, "That a consultant will get back to me", which NEVER HAPPENS!!!

CONSULTANTS THAT HAVE BEEN OF NO USE AND JUST DO NOT CARE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES; -MOSES MO***ENG -KARABO MEJE -THAMSANCA MAULEKE (MANAGER)
