Absolutely delayed and rude

my outstanding Cell C account was handed over without even informing me, Cell C was loading unauthorized debit orders on my account as well, the lady that's dealing with my account from the debt collectors side cannot provide me with an updated statement of the amount i am owing, i am going in circles and i want to settle and close this account but she doesnt even contact me, when requested. No updates? no emails? i have requested the amounts to be sent but no response, the lady from MBD keeps calling to harass me and disconnects the line when i request for an update on my account- she is absolutely rude and this is horrible, how do you expect people to settle accounts if they have to deal with such pathetic behavior, on another account a CELL C consultant called me a week ago and i am still waiting for an update/ call and an updated statement so i can close this account and i dont have to deal with you guys ever again! how can you guys delay and still harass people?
