Absolute worst customer service!!!!
If I could, I’d give a negative rating. The absolute worst customer service EVER!!! 2 months later and they still haven’t processed my refund for a useless SIM card/contract deal that I received and was debited for. More than 20 calls later in the past month and nothing but empty promises, incompetence and dead ends. Wow. Trash.
