Absolute shocking incompetence and service

I find it hard to believe how bad Cell C's service is in terms of a new contract and Ram Couriers, the courier company they are using, is equally bad. I am actually starting to think that this must be a practical joke, since I cannot believe that such incompetence exists. I have now been waiting around three weeks for my phone, in terms of a new contract, to be delivered by Ram couriers. The sim card was delivered in a big box almost two weeks ago without any phone. This, after providing the Cell C sales agent with the delivery address, was attempted to be delivered to an address of 3 years ago. After this mess I thought it could not possibly happen again. Yet it happened again with delivery of the phone after two weeks of waiting. Again attempted to be delivered to the wrong address, Ram also then took down the wrong address after it was spelt three times. Provided the change of address is apparently authorised by Cell C I was told I would get the phone in another 4 days. The degree of incompetence and rudeness I have to date not encountered anywhere else. Apart from this I am still awaiting a refund for having been charged on a data contract that was cancelled months ago???
