Absolute lack of communication

Been trying so hard to be patient and have been sitting without any connection as I am waiting for someone from accounts to phone me to recon my account so that it can be sorted out.

I have been waiting for over a month and keep getting told that someone will contact me within 2 days.

This is beyond enough! EVERYTIME I phone the managers are busy and someone will phone me back but NEVER get phoned back.
