Absolute inability to serve customers

I would rate customer services zero if I could. This is the third time I have had to resort to a post on this platform to get attention from customer services. I have a simple request to enquire why my credit status reflects Cell C as in arrears when the contract was terminated and paid in full effective August 2021.
