Absolute horrible service in shops and online.

I went to Eastrand Mall's Cell C shop to get a new contract. Firstly the staff member did not how to operate her system and declined me a contract - even though I suit the requirements. They also did not have the phone I wanted in stock. I went back a second time a week later - after they told me they would have stock then, the same thing happened. I then saw the Cell C add on "Die Groot Ontbyt" and sent an sms to the number they gave. Someone responded and gave me the paperwork to complete. I completed the paperwork four weeks ago, and only received a conformation sms 5 days ago. No one responded me or let me know when my order will arrive. When I phoned the call center this afternoon, they said that my order was canceled due to out of stock, and when I confronted the Lady (Mpo) she hung up the line. NO ONE responded to me, and the fact that your call center staff couldn't help me - but rather hung up on me, is really unacceptable.
