abruptly cut off by call centre

I am waiting almost a week and still no contact from CELL C regarding the two phones that they said was going to be delivered to me. Call the call centre and was put to the lady that tracks parcels. She told me they have no stock. I told her that that was bull****. She told me that that was swearing. Guess what, u really do not know what swearing is, and i told her this. She cut me off with an attitude. Please cancel both my contracts immediately
