ABOUT TO CANCEL ALL 3 MY LINES WITH CELL C!!!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars, I would!! I am due for an upgrade and have been struggling non stop! Full underwriting was done and confirmed on Thursday with an agent, only now to be told that no upgrades are showing! I have spoken to numerous agents, with no luck! Go listen to the underwriting call made confirming the contract update!!!!!!! I pay thousands of rand every month on this contract, and I promise, if I am going to continue to struggling for another day, I will cancel all contracts. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, i do not need these issues, honestly! My upgrade was confirmed on a recorded line, I WANT MY UPGRADE or i WILL cancel all my contracts with you! And i will take it further for breaching a contract confirmed. You cannot go back on a contract upgraded on a line where terms & conditions and everything was confirmed. I want feedback and an update as to when my device will be delivered ASAP.
