Cell c is full of nonsense,last i fought with you for giving me a wrong package on the contract i took with you and you were refusing to cancel it and we fought for months untill you agreed to cancel it and update my credit profile.

You've done me wrong again,someone from you did a credit check under my name without my knowledge or consent,that credit check has affected my credit profile currently and has brought my credit score down 12 times and i have been trying to keep my credit profile and score in a good shape and you've ****ed up it.

I called your customer,the referred me to contract department,contract department referred me to sales department,sales referred me to upgrade department,upgrade referred me back to customer services and i have been trying to contact customer and um unsuccesfull as your voice prompts does not allow me to talk to an agent it keeps on saying welcome to the main menu.

On the 28th of august i checked my credit report via clear score and only to find that on the 18th cell c did a credit check under my name without my knowledge and it affected my credit score.Cell c never called me to inform me or even tell me that i qualify or dont qualify for a contract with them.

I immidiately contacted cell c customer to find out why did they do that and the admit for doing that as they wanted to offer me a contract but they never communicated with me. They further advised me to write an email to customer services ofwhich i did and got an auto reply to be rep**** withing 24-48 hrs and its now more than 72 hrs.

I wanna who did that,why did you do that without my consent and i want you to fix what you've done and if not i'll be lodging a case with the NCR or Credit Ombuds and report your act of dishonesty.
