A year later and still no resolving this matter

After complaining numerous times about the signal in my area and the signal overall,Cell C claims that I have NEVER complained to them. This after they sent out one of their technicians with a laptop who had a look at the area and came to the conclusion that the antennas weren't in the correct positions. <br> <br> I then decided to only pay them as and when I had signal. Buying a contract would require you actually HAVING signal,or what is the use of the contract? I have told them that they can get their handset back. Its all neat and tidy in its box. Seeing as how THEY decided to end the contract, I feel it fitting that they resolve this matter with as much speed as they canceled our agreement. <br> <br> Empty promises. Random people on Facebook replying. No records of me phoning their customer \service"line. <br> <br> The only records they have of me complaining"
