A very unhappy client of Cell C since 2016.

After being a loyal client of Cell C since 2016. I was misled by an agent on March 1st 2023 and been battling ever since. I was debited R1300 in March and another R460 thereafter for "March (prorated) and April, instead of R150 as I should have been debited. Upon listening to my call, an agent called me back in April to apologize and advise that my case would be sent to billing. I've emailed and called at least 5 times per week (at least). Each time speaking to another agent, being sent from pillar to post. Please pay me back my money!!! and ensure that my "R150" contract ends this month as requested numerously. A very unhappy client.
