A very disappointed customer

They don't even deserve one star I have always been happy with cell c until recently to say I'm disgusted it's an understatement they charged for for Get More!! get more what? Exactly more headache it's been a night mare I hate it when companies take customers for granted it really angers me I will sue the agent that called and **** to me about the service I want all the money I've been charged back and for them to cancel this service as it was missold to me I have called to cancel it and I was told someone will call me and no one did I even gave them the number that I use for them to call me but no one is interested in calling me and making sure that thing is called I won't adhere to any terms and conditions because there was a bridge when they sold me the service it was sold based on lies and not giving them no waiting period why should I honor something that I should not have been charged for in the fist place
