A very Disappointed Client!

We have an agreement for deduction on the 10th of each month. They deduct to three times a month. The monthly premium is R659.00 but they deduct R1600.00 and the amount of R2000.00. I'm a pensioner and the first month went well I was happy to have gotten this contract but the deduction is way out of hand. I need immediate assistance on this.
