A simple Sim Swap

Good day,<br> <br> I was wandering if I will be staying with Cell C. My phone got ******, and I had to do a simple Sim Swap. Easy process, go to a store, great service and all, wait 2 to 4 hours said the Representative and it should work. 28,5 hours later. I'm still waiting. <br> <br> I then phoned Cell C service center, great service yet again until they told me, the blue and white sims is buggy and I need to go to a store again. Firstly, why give a sim that might be buggy? <br> <br> In my mind, this is Cell C not caring if the service works? Am I right, because the right approach would be to discard all the sims that might be buggy? But no, that will be too much money lost. Now I'm off to a Cell C yet again.
