A **** - REFERENCE NUMBERS ***, *** & ***
Cell c is a **** , they sent me a statement on the 5th of May with an amount of R999.01 to pay. On the 6th of May I contacted them to dispute the amount and no one could give answers on why the bill went from R368 monthly to R999.01 for 50gigs day and 40gigs night data. Until today the matter has not been resolved. The 3 reference numbers I got for that query were the these ***, *** & ***. Last week someone called but could not resolve the issue as they were first going to listen to the recording of January then call me back. I contacted cell c the following day and they promised someone was going to call me before end of business until today there has been no call. Then they have the audacity to still deduct the R999.01 for an amount I did not agree to and nor did they explain what it is for. This company is a **** , would not recommend it
