A paying customer crying for help

Since the beginning of March I have received calls from Collections department but the minute I explain my issue and when they see/hear that they really need to get the matter resolved the agents hang up on me. What's sad is that the none payment is affecting my credit score but Cell C should stop taking us for rides. After they have suspended my account for a full month they still have the audacity to bill me for not using the service they suspended. I have made contact with the contact center of Cell C and received no assistance let alone an explanation that will at least throw me off even though it would never be satisfying Kodwa sizothini? I will wait for the call if I would even receive it and please can the person who calls me not hang up on me again because it is really draining and annoying.
