A new meaning to Retention

I wanted to cancel my Cell C contract because they would not allow me to upgrade 1 month earlier because of a phone that gave problems from the start. Someone from retention called and wanted to make it up to me since I've been with them for 9 years without any default, offered me a good package and that I upgrade immediately Almost a week later I have heard nothing again and have no idea when I will receive my phone. if this is good service, really, I'd rather not comment! Please give me the service I pay for and u promise. I've always been a happy customer, dont make me regret it.
