A never ending cycle
Again I'm writing this review with frustration and anger!! Is it that difficult for cell C to keep to their end of the deal?.... After a long fight with them to get my paid up letter which I eventually did! I still appear on the adverse list. The letter had said it should be cleared between 2 and 15 working days and it's over 2 months now!! I'm extremely frustrated because I'm put through from piller to post!!.... Funny that I get texts asking me if I would like to take a new offer!! Hell nooo I don't!!

27 May 2022, 12:47Still nothing has been done about this, somone called me from cell C promising me that this issue will be sorted out between 5 to 15 working days and yet nothing has been done. My profile still remains the same. An empty promise once again actually as always.... Received a sms to saying that an TC update has been requested on the 7th of May and I see no evidence in that. Utterly disappointed by ever choosing Cell c as a network provider!!! Will this issue ever be sorted..?

Still nothing has been done about this, somone called me from cell C promising me that this issue will be sorted out between 5 to 15 working days and yet nothing has been done.
