A network never to be trusted!!

Hi I was told that I qualified for an up grade in April I then took on the offer plus added two more contracts because the lady said as of May on my old contract I will be billed on the upgrade. To my horror twice the amount was debited when I asked I called to ask I was told the upgrade will kick in when my old one expired on the 24 June which I was told something else. I'm very upset as this will throw my budget to the edge plus I was **** to period.
