A month and waiting

I have been struggling for more than a month to get a simple answer out of Cell C as to why I am being charged for 2 Pinnacle 2GB packages on my contract, rather than the 1.5GB package I signed up for. I have directed my inquiry via their app, social media, e-mail and now, for the second time, this site. Cell C must have the absolute worst customer care in the country.
