A mere Sim swap drama!!!
I spoke to 2 customer agents at cell c. The first agent Siwongiwe Mbusi was very rude and could not even assist me with a decent query!! I am appalled by the way she handled my call and spoke to me like a 2 year old. I lost my Sim Card over a week ago. Since then I've been using my alternative number on my phone. How does cell c fail to verify that I own the number? How on earth should I remember the last 2 dialed numbers, or the amount of data I have on my number? I lost the Sim over a week ago and I've been using another number on the same phone. I've obviously been dialing out with my other Sim and couldn't have kept track of "the last 2 numbers I dialled" with my cell c Sim. The second consultant Bonolo was not rude but also failed to resolve my query. I asked for her superiors Email address (Xabiso), I don't know the surname, and she came back with a customer service email. Xabiso didn't even want to assist with my query me on Email! I am very disgusted by the level of customer support Cell c has! I have been with them for a very long time and this is the reward I get for being a loyal customer? I need my number back!!! Why would I "*****" someone else's number or identity and make it my own?? I run a business on that number and I have been losing customers due to lack of communication! Someone needs to resolve this issue, urgently!!!!

Best regards,
Refer to the email and assist me. I don't need a repetitive response from you. I cannot believe how unprofessional your service is! It is appalling to me that a big company like yours has consults who don't value their jobs.
What kind of customer service is this?
How will "cell c" contact me if I don't have a number for you to contact me on???
You guys sent me a repetitive email and still gave me the same information I received from your clearly highly *********** employees! All I want is to get my number back. Do something about this and stop repeating yourself.
Refer to my email and give me a way forward!

Please note that there is no alternative process to do a SIM swap. You need to pass the 5 point Security Check.
If the SIM card was registered with your details, you can visit a Cell C store, with your ID book and proof of address. (Also note that the documents only verifies 2 out of 5 questions).
We also suggest that you use your device call log as a point of reference, recharge confirmation SMSes, Cell C App, and/or our Cell C portal. You can view recharge history and current balances.
Please send us your alternative contact number via Private Reply so we can make contact.

Best regards,
How many times must I point out to you and your stuff that I provided all the details you asked for?
Clearly you guys don't even read the emails that we send out. All you do is respond in defence without even getting to the root of the problem.
My complaint is not even resolved but you guys have the audacity to send me an email with a "closed case" as if I was helped.
I am so disappointed in you!!!
