A Joke of a branch!!!!!

I have been having the worst customer service from Cell C The MARC. On many occasions when I go to the branch, the Manager is hardly ever on duty. I have been going there to get assistance with my phone, I needed to hand it in for repairs. The manager just sent me drive all the way to Waterfall from The south in Winchester. The man just sent me there without finding out the facts and what is going to be required of me. When I got to the head office, I was told I couldn't be assisted because the right procedure wasn't followed my phone was not under warranty for me to get a courtesy phone. Had they explained that to me, a lot would have been avoided. They just dismissed me to drive all the way to Waterfall without finding out the right information. It's disgusting how they choose to service customers, they are unbothered an unwilling to give great customer care, they don't bother nor care about their sales. It's not just the manager but the entire team, the lady there is rude and rolls eyes when speaking to you and the other guy shows no remorse nor sense of urgency in they service they give. I'm angry, disgusted and agitated with this branch, they shouldn't be serving people.
