A ********** paradise
It is safe to say that your information is not safe with Cell C. They allowed someone to **********ly take a device on my name with a ****** smart card and allowed to to go as far as changing all of my basic information, even spelt my name wrong. When I reported it they had my name blacklisted and are now not prepared to remove the listing with SAFPS. I can't open a clothing account let alone take a home loan. My requests to have all of my personal details purged from their system are falling on deaf ears. All of this because of their poor security measures and ******* staff. There goes another customer.
