THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I have had a data contract for the last 4 years with CELL C and decided to cancel it following all the rules as per Cell C's contracts only to be told yesterday that I now will be HANDED OVER for nonpayment. The only way one can contact Cell C accounts is through the Customer care line and at the end you have no proof of the cancellation.
