A form of cheating...
About 1 year ago I got a telephone “Citrus snap” from Cell-C at a PnP in Midrand, it was inexpensive and seemed suitable for a backup.
I didn’t use it until now and unfortunately the instructions in the box do not match the telephone operating features and it is not intuitive. For example a SMS message only accepts numbers and I can’t find how to change the keyboard to alphabet, the “unlock” is not as in the instructions and I discovered it after a long trial and error…
Cell-C is sorry can’t help, I emailed asking for a contact or manufacturer that could supply a user guide and for a reply I got adverti*****ts. How can Cell-C sell a phone, have no user guide and doesn’t know who is the manufacturer or the importer?
That’s a form of cheating. I lost and give up, Cell-C is not reliable and I won’t use their phone number.
